No Show In the event of a no-show or no reply to our confirmation messages, the booking will be considered a no-show and no refund will be issued.
Weather Policy In the event of adverse weather conditions making the tour unsafe, the experience will be rescheduled to a mutually agreed date. No refunds for light rain or partially cloudy conditions.
